Just like when we were in The big East. Miami has never been viewed as a southern team. Obviously location yes but we’re in our own world. The Big 10 imo fits us much better than the SECWouldn't make the most sense location wise. We'd be by far the most southern team. Closest team to us would be Maryland?
Academic wise as well.Just like when we were in The big East. Miami has never been viewed as a southern team. Obviously location yes but we’re in our own world. The Big 10 imo fits us much better than the SEC
Al Golden was always ahead of the game. The Big 10 imo fits us much better than the SEC
Not if we join the Big 10. The level of comp is right up there with the SEC. now the one thing I would say is that we shouldn’t go alone and should try to bring at least VT with us and see if we can somehow help the Big 10 scoop up ND because if super conferences are becoming legit(they are) then scheduling for ND is going to get 3x harder. If Clemson and FSU go to the SEC, every conference is going to feel extremely watered down, and FSU will have a serious recruiting advantage.
Put us in a pod with Maryland, Penn State, and Rutgers.Wouldn't make the most sense location wise. We'd be by far the most southern team. Closest team to us would be Maryland?
The SEC is literally 3 to 5 good teams mostly BAMA and LSU and a bunch of bums i ***ing hate the hype.
Yea Missouri is definitely reaping the benefits of SEC they have become a true juggernaut. If Clemson and FSU leave for the SEC, they will NOT be in the top tier and losses will result in them not enjoying the rankings they get under the ACC. Just like Texas and Oklahoma will not be top tier either.
