This is a popularity contest test and espn/sec would never allow an acc team to bump bama. That was never ever gonna happen. Especially Miami.

Bama getting blown out by a 500 team where they were favored by 20+ 2 weeks ago should have eliminated them. I would have understood South Carolina getting in over Miami bc they are the hottest team, but there is not one explanation for Bama being ranked over Miami other than they are in the SEC. Why rank the other SEC teams behind Miami?

It’s wherever they want to place the goal posts. No consistency. I’m more than fine with us not being in. Canes blew it. But Bama just as equally don’t deserve to be in. 3 losses, 2 of which to teams barely bowl eligible and one being by 21 points-JUST LAST WEEK.

USF is a common opponent and we controlled them much better. Bama’s shining win was almost for nought if a targeting call is properly called for GT.
