Our TEs should be a force in this offense. They, along with the RBs, last year were severely under-utilized in our passing game.

That should change this season.

We actually have a QB that will throw the ball there...
 
Interesting seeing Ryan Williams on the move to his off shoulder.

Although I think that Duke and Yearby are better, Gus is not a scrub by any means. He did a fantastic job as a freshman, and will be a big part of this offense this year IMO.

I remember reading a "scrimmage" report a day or two ago, and getting excited because there were several instances of the QB's dumping it off to the RB's in the flats. Doing that kind of stuff with Duke will be great to see, can't wait to see him in the open field.
 
Even the throw he zipped in to Scott shouldn't have been thrown there.. the guy on the under neath route had a lot more space on his defender.

Williams is the best QB Miami has had in years.

Isn't it great how when you see highlight films they don't show any of the 4-12 yd plays. I bet Williams had oodles of those today in practice.

People will slurp Williams throughout the entire spring and summer, but when the season start..... the torches and pitchforks will come out.

I'm telling ya, the Chosen One Baby Jesus is the only QB on the roster that can lead us the promise land this season. If stubborn Golden starts Williams for the whole year, my pleas will haunt you in your nightmares once we go 8-4. Every. ****. Night.

Let Williams actually start and do good before throwing out he's the best QB we've had in years.

What's your evidence for Williams being the best QB Miami has had in years?

How do you know he completed many 4-12 yard plays in practice?

He's never started a game for us and he's already great?

He throws underneath so he's great?

I'll give him this, he's the best qb we've had in the past week, anything else is still a question mark.

I hope he is a taller Steve Walsh, but if it's close I'd go with Olsen, Kaaya or even Rosier just to give a future 2-3 year qb for us much needed experience.

Standish's a big kid but he's got some wheels on him. Couple of the players posted a vid of him and I think Coley racing. Stan was step for step with him
