More money, doesn't have to move. Builds his resume at a much better school, ready for great jobs a few years down the road unless he wants to stay local.

I already mentioned the more money part but even that’s doubtful because I think that was what Norberto was getting paid more or less. If you aspire to be a D1 head coach, the fastest way to do that is by being a good HC. He is already highly regarded and was a serious candidate for FIU.
