I know Adrian Morales and he is a **** of a coach...coached my son on Elite Squad. Players love him.I really like the idea of bringing in the Miami-Dade coach as a primary recruiter with the third assistant spot.

Would be a nice addition.I know Adrian Morales and he is a **** of a coach...coached my son on Elite Squad. Players love him.
Looks like he was getting his intel from LetsGo instead of Cribby…. Rookie mistake..
Pollard was always my 1 and by a good margin.I prefer the consistency of Pollard’s resume (5 regionals in the last 7 non-COVID seasons and 3 Supers in 5) but either is a tremendous hire.

Should we expect an announcement today?
Would not be disappointed if he were the choicePollard was always my 1 and by a good margin.
Outside of crazy names that were never leaving their current jobs, he’s the only one that ticked every box you’d look for here. There were other solid options, but I have some question about all of them.Pollard was always my 1 and by a good margin.
Do we have room on the staff for Ed Reed?Pollard was a pitcher himself. I'd love to see if we could convince Tulo to join him to handle fielding and/or hitting. Maybe get the guy from Miami-Dade to handle recruiting?
Would be a nice staff. Maybe some overlap. Back up the Brinks truck to pay them.
I like his resume a lot. He makes a big difference at every stop he makes. From Pfeiffer to App State to Duke. On top of that I like him being a pitching coach, kinda like having an OC that’s a qb coach.Outside of crazy names that were never leaving their current jobs, he’s the only one that ticked every box you’d look for here. Not sure Morales would want to be an assistant when he is ready for a 4 year job right now. Only thing I can think of is a salary boost. He makes only 65k as a HC there.

Credible source(s) say he bombed his interviewI like his resume a lot. He makes a big difference at every stop he makes. From Pfeiffer to App State to Duke. On top of that I like him being a pitching coach, kinda like having an OC that’s a qb coach.
Sir, what is a “credible rumor”Credible rumors say he bombed his interview
There's been no contactMore money, doesn't have to move. Builds his resume at a much better school, ready for great jobs a few years down the road unless he wants to stay local.
