4000 yards
40 TDs in the air
Pretty amazing #s
not sure about the 40tds during the regular season ... but the 4k mark is almost a given, his lowest game was fsu with 208, but i think we agree that was due to game script ... cuse can score so i think it's a pretty safe bet for 4k

Has he played his best the past couple games? No, but that being said he's still putting up stats and wins. Hunter can't claim wins period. Jeanty at least is winning. If Ward plays the way he could I can't see how he shouldn't win it. Especially if we win the ACC.

The Heisman is awarded to QB’s. Except when the best QB is a Miami player. Then suddenly it’s all about the athlete. Miami bias through and through. I thought the announcers were going to blow Hunter after the game the way they talked about him last night.
normally not a conspiracy theory guy ... but i'm searching for the lie in your statement and can't find it

He had an amazing TD pass taken off the board yesterday. An absolute dime thrown into tight coverage. Put it in the only possible spot X could catch it.

in the regular season ... barring injury, he's sitting at 3,774 with 34 touchdowns ... they trying hard has **** to give it to hunter but c'mon now
I agree. I maintain this is some BS because a bunch of geeky news reporters want someone other than QB to win now that the best QB in the country plays for Miami. F**k the media and their analysis.

I remember when an “off” game for a Miami QB was something like 9-26 for 112, 0 TD, 2 INT.

We have an NFL QB running our offense. I’ve done my best not to take it for granted, but he’s been so **** consistent that I expect a completion every throw and TD every drive. Can’t help it, it just looks so easy sometimes.

Scary thing is there’s no question we haven’t played to full potential yet.

Recently I find myself frustrated we’re not clicking on offense and scoring at will (which has been true to this season’s standard), frustrated we’re “off” again and wishing we’d take the next step…then I look at the box score and we have 500 total yards.

It’s crazy both what we’ve done consistently this season AND what’s still possible to achieve. The ceiling for this O is stupid.

Don’t know how the rest of the season will go…I sure hope we can take another step and take a final form that won’t soon be forgotten. But either way, this is special and exceedingly uncommon.

You’d better enjoy it. It probably won’t happen again until we’re watching games on Mars.
