The pass was behind the line of scrimmage therefore can't be illegal man down field . People just trying to hate us again . This just feels like old canes again
It wasn’t and Cooper wasn’t engaged in a block. Line of scrimmage was the 5 Cooper was pass the 2yd line. At the end of the day it was a missed call that had no impact on the play and it’s pathetic that they r trying to find every little thing to convince themselves they lost bc of thre refs. There was also a face mask on Cam on the same play.

It wasn’t a penalty. The two OL are clearly engaged with an opponent to block him.

It has to be continuous engagement so Cooper was not engaged until he passes the 2yd line and by that time the ball was out of Cam’s hand. If u watch the whole clip I wouldn’t even consider it engaged in a block. The defender sides steps Cooper and Cooper just lightly taps him with his right hand.

If the QB run was a shovel pass to a rb turning upfield, 'targeting' would never have ben looked into. By the letter of the law was it targeting? Debatable. I'm for the common sense approach when interpreting the rule. Bissainthe made a football play against a moving target. It being against a QB, a frail one at that, and his being shook up, factored into the review. Good no call.
