If the QB run was a shovel pass to a rb turning upfield, 'targeting' would never have ben looked into. By the letter of the law was it targeting? Debatable. I'm for the common sense approach when interpreting the rule. Bissainthe made a football play against a moving target. It being against a QB, a frail one at that, and his being shook up, factored into the review. Good no call.
That being said
WB31 needs to be more sound in his tackling there. They should be doing the punch for a fumble tackle that everyone is doing instead of going for the knockout

Level of hate index is a 8/10. IF we start playing canes football and start actually blowing out teams and dancing etc then we can finally get to 10/10.

If you are old enough you know that the level of hate index of 10/10 is epic and we can finally say we back

Even if the rule is five yards, they are at most 4.5 downfield.
Very seldom do they ever make that call if they are "close" (they did earlier in the game).

Cal really wants to talk about all this stupid **** after giving up a 35-10 lead. Praying for a targeting, where their qb faked an injury to try and get a review. After they played dirty all game. We then drove 92 yards. And had a bull**** 15 yard penalty to make 3rd and 20. Naaaaa, they just lost.

Idk if these tards notice, but that was a facemask on Ward as well.
There was also that play earlier in the game when Restrepo's helmet came off and he had to sit out the next play. Replay showed the guy he was blocking put his hand under the facemask and pushed up, ripping the helmet off. Pretty blatant when a helmet flies up and off like that but no illegal hands to the face call against Cal
