C.J Henderson

Bottom line: There's no reason to panic at CB. We've got some great guys coming in, and I think we're going to have a great season. So there will be someone who we're not even thinking about right now who we might wind up getting in here with all the buzz that will build as our season progresses.

You can't do much more than we did with this puke Henderson. The fckign poor coaches subjugated themselves to the point of baking a birthday cake and posing with it for that ungrateful puke Fredo Henderson.

For some reason, this dope committed to UM when there was no buzz or positive momentum. Now that everything looks great for us, and our D is playing like uncaged savages he de-commits. Fck him because he seems like a soft ****. He'd probably fit in well with those fake 305ers and quitting maggots at FSU.

We need another grad transfer like Colbert. That kid saved our *** this year.

Our 2 top corners this year no 1 had on our team at this time last year.
Elder - was going pro
Colbert - was on Texas.
I trust In Richt!

That's kinda like when we landed Corn on NSD in '13. He was a 4-star OOS dude who wasn't even on the radar.

And that was after back-to-back bad seasons and the specter of the cloud.

I mean he's a talented kid and I would have loved to see him in the class but at least this isn't like 2015 where we didn't have anyone in the secondary besides JJ it seemed, well until we swayed Reswine last minute.

Still have Dallas, Bandy, and Edwards at CB, you land one more and you're still siting pretty. Just can't have anymore CB decomits.

What are his track times in whatever events he runs? Is track a legitimate desire of his as some have suggested? If so, then Florida makes sense and it's a lot closer than FSU here in state.

Let me get this straight... We have Deejay Dallas, Trajan Bandy, Billy Gibson, and Brian Edwards as die hard canes.. A spot opens up on our board for another elite player and our fans are crying. I mean that is a good DB class without Henderson and I would not be surprised if there were some surprises this year like it was last year with Romeo Finley.. I didn't see too many people predicting his commitment. So here I am enjoying this season not worried about what this staff will do at all... Feels good - Beat FSPOO

Right, and we have people talking about how terrible our DB recruiting is, as if our current DB commits aren't all studs. Before, everyone wanted Bandy, we got him plus Deejay and potentially Edwards at CB and we are struggling to recruit CBs? Not to mention there's still 5 months until signing day and our momentum is at an all time high. Pulling a highly ranked stud down the road definitely isn't out of the question. Nobody really knows how good Henderson will even be at CB, they just like his speed. Which isn't as big of a factor IMO because we aren't recruiting him for offense. Usual hand wringing from our fans.

Didn't see this post before I just made mine. This x273819.

After losing Byrd, we have failed to land three guys we clearly wanted badly from Miami Southridge, Miami Columbus, and American Heritage to the University of Florida - which happens to look like a total dumpster fire this year. Some of the people who expressed concern over Henderson's commitment are already talking about Jobe, too. There's a very serious problem with our recruiting of the CB position, and we better stop saying "we'll get em next year". We seem to be doing pretty **** well at every other position besides maybe OL. We got some ostriches on the board.

Yeah something is up. We have immediately playing time to offer and a team that is on the up and up.

Bizarre we are struggling at CB.

You have to look at this from the kids point of view. #1 first & foremost is that immediate playing time is REALLY deceiving. He is not in line period for immediate playing time at corner... do any of you actually believe that were gonna start or even give significant minutes to a kid who's never really played the position period let alone for a team that will compete nationally next year.you're tripping if u do. #2 even if every other corner on the roster dies before camp, his playing time for his collegiate career is limited to just next year as a corner. **** how yall feel. As a fact right this second were turning away monsters at dB for 18 & 19. This isn't golden saying were taking one cause next year is so deep than we pick away from jersey crap. These boys are locked in for 18 & 19 & Henderson will never play over any of them from day 1. It's a sad fact of recruiting. There's only so many spots to go around. He'll end up either with us or Michigan. Doubt UF will pull him.

To be fair, this is Colbert's first season as a CB. I know its not the same situation, as he is a graduate transfer, and I don't think we would have started Henderson, but I do think he would at least get playing time next year as our depth is that bad.

I'm not sure who told you that but Adrian played corner up until his junior year in high school. He was raised playing corner & safety. On top of that our depth is nowhere near bad enough for that to happen as we are getting DB's this year as well. We have several cb on campus that Rumph likes as a whole but hates **** about & needs to correct it. For instance I know I told ya'll about Jackson being in the doghouse for a sec but it's because of his practice habits & work ethic. He's liked as a player & potential wise. Same with Redwine. Wouldn't be surprised to see jacquan at cb next year either if need be. Well be fine. No one kid who hasn't even played the position he's being recruited at is gonna slow us down.

salute for the info. best poster on here

This sucks, but everyone had to see this a mile away. He will regret this. Our program is 180 degrees from where we were last year & UF program is stagnant if you ask me just lucked out in the overrated SEC East last year. Not worried about Bandy flipping at all, just hope CJ stays out of Jobes ear we need that boy hes an Alpha. Although if Jobe looks anywhere I presume it would be Bama. Wish CJ the best and wish we could have had him, elite speed

Preach Franchise, preach!!

Plain and simple, I question anyone's IQ who de-commits from a program who has a top tier coach, top tier coaching staff with a bunch of playing time opening up next season...and oh, happens to be a top 10 team in the nation.

He will go up to that **** hole Gainesville and throw up 305 every time he's on camera like ***** *** Cook. **** him. Waste of a perfectly good sheet cake.

Nick Roberts got that dog in him. Miami never should have cooled on him.

That he does, but people dismissed him by and large for whatever reason.

I'm not that big on camp performances by and large, preferring film. Having said that, anyone with an eye for talent can see he's got it. The WR has every advantage in one on one's and this dude sticks to them like glue.

Then you hear or see his play on the field, in a game, same dang thing.

He's not big, but neither is Bandy. That's his only downside and I love big corners, but you can either cover or you can't. He most certainly can.

He's already flipped. Happened about a month ago and done deal. Public flip coming soon. Their new recruiting coordinator from Southridge is doing work with the South Dade kids.

If I don't get an apology for the down votes, I won't be putting up anymore inside info on South Dade recruits :D
