C.J Henderson

He's already flipped. Happened about a month ago and done deal. Public flip coming soon. Their new recruiting coordinator from Southridge is doing work with the South Dade kids.

If I don't get an apology for the down votes, I won't be putting up anymore inside info on South Dade recruits :D

Do you have any more inside info on recruits?

Nick Roberts got that dog in him. Miami never should have cooled on him.

That he does, but people dismissed him by and large for whatever reason.

I'm not that big on camp performances by and large, preferring film. Having said that, anyone with an eye for talent can see he's got it. The WR has every advantage in one on one's and this dude sticks to them like glue.

Then you hear or see his play on the field, in a game, same dang thing.

He's not big, but neither is Bandy. That's his only downside and I love big corners, but you can either cover or you can't. He most certainly can.
Isn't our best corner, Corn, 5'10" 190lbs? If the the kid is really 5'11" or close and has the talent and dat dog, then this size queen bullsh*t is just stupid.

Well sucks because he has elite athleticism, but it's on to another option. Keep in mind that 2018 is loaded.

And T Byrd didn't matter because 2017 was loaded.

This. After failing to land Byrd during the last cycle, cornerback is easily one of the top priorities (one could argue the top priority) for this class.

We need game-changers and Henderson is one of those. If he does sign with UF, it is extremely disappointing, no other way to slice it.

Henderson, Wilson, and Davis all looking to be pretty set at UF isn't a good look for this staff, Rumph in particular. I know opinions on Davis vary, but Henderson and Wilson are special talents. Given that this is a position of need for us, this development is very discouraging.

We need DTs and OL

This was expected. My question is how does this affect Trajan Bandy and Josh Jobe? Are they shaky too?

Don't know about Jobe. But Trajan the day he committed was sporting the Sean Taylor jersey he wore during the Fiesta Bowl against Ohio St. as his brother came along. I'd like to say that that's a rather solid pledge. I don't know Bandy, but I'm going to assume he's not the type that would play games like that.

Not to worried bout Jobe either, kid committed before Bandy and Im confident theyll both be representing The U for 4 years!

They got Deejay Dallas and Trajan Bandy instead. They want bigger boundary corners to complement the nickels and ocassionally smaller boundaries. Not a fit. Roberts is good but I'll take Dallas and Bandy.

It is discouraging because Henderson is the kind of burner our best teams typically have had. Having said that, he is just learning the CB position, so he might not be as ready to help out there as we'd like.

Yes, it's weird that the (trending down) Gators appear to be getting Henderson, Davis, and Wilson when the (trending up) hometown team has immediate playing time to offer to CBs. In the case of Henderson, it appears the family's link to Shannon is the deciding factor.

But it's who you get that matters, not who you lose on. There will be other quality CBs available and Deejay, Bandy, and Edwards are all likely more ready to contribute than Henderson.

Three things
1. Big loss. They seldom come back.
2. Fl. Is a good school if you want to go away and some do.
3. Miami isn't for everyone. Let's try to show as much class as our staff.

1. Agree
2. UF sucks as an institution and its football prgram is going nowhere.
3. Agree

You took the words out of my mouth....If you've seen my post, I'm extremely high on Nick...he's a athlete. He's not a burner, but he has football GAMEDAY speed. He has technique and anticipates the route and pass. I want him, and it would behoove this staff to go after him again. Nick is the truth and I watch a lot of high school football. He's the goods, and I want him in this class.

No offense, but Deejay is an athlete playing DB...Nick is a DB, period. Bandy is a nickle guy on the next level. Nick is a true, throw back DB that will get all in your grill no matter what size you are. He can play the boundary just fine.

Do we still leave a ticket at the door because his Gator game has been cancelled?

I like Brini but I definitely love Nick back.

But that's not happening unfortunately

Can anyone explain how South Carolina could travel to #LSU without a problem last year, but Florida couldn't this year?

That's right kid, go play for a p*ssy *** coach on a crappy *** team!
