Breaking down the Gators

I don't really hate UF that much. It's weird, and don't jive with the old-school boys, I know.

But I just can't hate them as much as I hate FSU, ND, or OSU. They actually win. I respect that.

So fired up for this one.

The realist in me wants to say something like 20-17 or 27-20 for UF.

The die hard in me says 37-12 canes

My true prediction......... RUTHLESSNESS

Bottom line is win or lose this game is a god send for UM. UF will be top 10 or so but there is no way they blow us out. So 3 things could happen: lose a close tough game, win a close tough game, or Morris and duke go nanners and we put 40 on them.

Regardless, the outcome will be the same to set the tone to our season. We can play with a top ten team. We can play with a "top sec team". We are GOOD. Someone at some point is going to step up and make a play and a lasting memory that will turn into an epic gif.

Call me crazy, but we beat UF and we ride that confidence to an undefeated regular season.

We're easily 2 deep against UFag's 2 CB's, 2 deep is solid on the OL against UF's starters. No way UF's DL holds up against that battering the entire game. Plus you start using the big backs to smash that MLB and by the 4th quarter the Duke will be loose. What I'm saying is I don't believe for a minute UF has the depth on defense to stay with UM on offense. Just don't see it.
The thing is UF is more than just 2 CB's at the CB spot Roberson Purifoy Riggs Poole VH3 and you could see Watkins play there some as well. After watching Miami in the spring you think there is a decent back on the team not named Duke? The one thing I am sure of is the depth on the DL and secondary for UF now LB is a different story. How many points you think Miami is going to score?
more than uf.

Any word or opinion on Kelvin Taylor?

Guessing he backs up Jones.

As of right now he is 3rd on the depth chart behind Jones and Mack Brown. Kelvin needs to get better in pass protection but the running part he has down. I would guess Brown and Taylor will fight for snaps behind Jones all year which there wont be much of.

I think UFs oline is their weekness. Just look at the write-up on their spring game: not enough depth.
Their d-line is pretty good.
Purifoy got torched by UL and Teddy.
Biggest threat on O? Trey Burton. Need a spy on that guy. I hope D52 folds him like a lawn chair ala O'Leary.

OL is probably a strength the not having spring game doesn't tell the whole story. Everybody will be healthy when practice starts.
Trey Burton is not the biggest threat he is only good against slow teams and teams that dont prepare for the wild cat

I think Burton will line up in H back or TE sets along with his wildcat crap. UM defense traditionally bad defending bootleg roll out passes to TE. If he's not the biggest threat, then who is? Surely not your 1300 yard QB. Maybe with his running ability. Jones? Whatever. Any RB can be productive. Got to look at the player that will make a difference in this game.
O-line missing too many parts, IMO.

Jones Driskel Dunbar maybe even Demarcus Robinson all bigger threats Trey is going to be playing a lot of slot WR next year. Who is the OL going to be missing?

Hate to break it to you but, I couldnt care less about what UF does the rest of the year.
The oline is missing their left side. Yes, you have a couple underclassmen that will move in but, they seem untested. A couple of transfers from Maryland and Nebraska and all of a sudden the oline is stacked? Your center and right guard are good and experienced. Dunker is gone.
Thanks for the conversation.

They ensure a winning OOC schedule by not playing us, ergo, pussified ***** made nancies who deserve nothing but hate.

Of course they are.

My name says it all- Gator Hatar! Their DL can be stellar if one or two of the incoming DT's emerge. Luckily OL is our strength. Can't help but dislike Bostwick since he and Bryant left us hanging. They'll be the first to come hang out in Miami when their careers are over

Don't even think that Wilson or Nixon were drafted. Don't know how good they actually were.
