Brashard Smith is Antonio Brown!!!

AB is legitimately one of the best route runners to ever come out of South FL, he's in the same class as Ocho Cinco in terms of footwork & getting open. Brashard has a LOOOOOONG way to go before he's on that level.

Very good player, great upside, but not in the same class as AB as a pure WR.

wow perfect fuqin comparison, i watched him the other day and was like **** this kids good. The minute i saw this post saw the first play he runs just like him lol. Same like last year when I saw Tae i thought Antrel Rolle

somehow Henry Riggs went before Jerry Judy in the draft. Crazy sh** happens all the time. BUT Smith is a completely different type of wide receiver than Brooks. If I need a number 1 receiver on the outside I’m going brooks. Smith is a Swiss Army knife who can line up all over the offense and cause problems.

He's a three star mostly because of his height I would imagine. Plenty of stud WRs his size though and he has the traits of many of them.

I believe I read In article or heard on a Podcast recently he’s like 5’11 now. Would be nice if accurate

Had he been, he wouldn’t have ended up at Central Michigan.

(And yes, I know it was mostly academic related but I don’t think many people were watching his film at Norland and saying this kid is going to be the best WR in the NFL for several seasons)

Let’s just say the kid is an explosive athlete that would fit great in our new offense. Why do we always have to compare 17 yr old kids to the elite of the elite?

Antonio Brown was supposed to be a Seminole. Additionally, he didn't play full time WR, he spent most of his offensive snaps at QB. When he was going to college, he wanted to play QB and grade issues resulted in him losing his admission to FSU. Even when he went to prep school he played QB, and the only reason he switched to WR was because he pretty much got recruited hard af through high school and college as a WR by Butch Jones.

Some of yall are sounding very gatoresque with some of these comparisons, ratings bumps, etc. I'm really high on Brashard too, but.. You have been warned.
