Battle's OSU Visit

Some kids will always feel that the grass is greener somewhere else and other kids feel they are too good to stay home. I can at least respect Battle going to OSU because no matter what at least he is going to get a half way decent education. It’s the kids like Bogle flirting with UT and MAR flirting with Auburn that make no sense. I know all of the kids think they are going pro but the truth is that it is 50-50 at best that they make it and even less that they will last long enough or make enough money to set them for life. The average NFL player is bankrupt within 5 years of leaving the league.
I had this dude who worked as a security guard at a school that I taught at. He was in the NFL for a number of years as a special teams and reserve player. Dude is dumb as a rock and now makes $13 an hour.

Hopefully these kids will have a positive role model who can help these kids prioritize getting there education right along while pursuing there dream of making the NFL.

I think the truly elite recruiters recruit these kids without them feeling they are anywhere but the top of the board. That might not be a luxury we have locally, because you can't drop kids in mass every year, but I think we can be a little more aggressive here too.

No one can touch the legend; come on man,.. I spit my coffee out on my new couch reading this **** bruh! 😂🤣😂🤣

Was’t cris carter an assistant coach at sta while his son went there or something? I always felt he was the osu cancer cell at the school. Have any so fl kids made it big to nfl out of osu except the Bosa punks?
