Who is this Brad Tejada guy and why does he keep popping up on my Twitter when I don't follow him? All he's doing is hyping up stuff. But is he really plugged in?

But to this day nobody has done a better color coded spreadsheet for recruiting targets. I mean, none of it was correct but it looked really pretty.
