FWIW, Jackson is/was supposed to visit Texas next weekend. Scott is/was supposed to visit Ohio State next weekend. Riley has no other visits scheduled at this time.

Excellent. I fully expect him to commit here at this point. If it’s this weekend, **** yes. That’s incredible. I won’t rest easy for a second until that LOI is signed being where he’s from, but I know Miami is in a VERY good spot at the moment so him popping would be yuge.

Well, you are whining like a little ***** at 11:30 at night about how your poor poor notifications are all filled up with whale tweets about guys you ASSUME are 3-stars, so you're the one with the problem that you feel compelled to cry about.

Could you imagine if their staff tweeted while he was there though?? What ******* losers they’d be, right? Aiden from Jersey Mike’s would be so mad at them, he’d go right to hookemhorns.com and write some STRONGLY worded posts of displeasure.

just so I'm clear, do we all need to check with you before posting opinions on here?

you guys can call me negative but there's a difference in being a realist and being a pessimist. I've spent a decade on here being optimistic, the fact that I occasionally don't slurp as hard as you guys on occasional issues doesn't mean that I think negatively of the team or Mario in general. we'll be fine on the recruiting trail... that doesn't change that it would be weird and bush league if there's all these tweets around a good but not great player like jackson

last time I checked UGA and bama didn't do that AND their fans aren't so worried about that bs

My guess is Riley. We started trending up and quickly…locked it up.

I also think Mario likes the “shock factor” of having big names announce nationally. The lack of crystal balls for Francis & Cormani were not a coincidence.

Lots of squaking on Twitter. Excited to see who it's for lol but they always make it seem like we are flipping or getting a top 10 guy. Lol love the energy though.
 
I said earlier in the week or last week that Riley would probably be on commit watch. Gibson already visited and ia really torn between us and Texas and we are likely taking 2 RBs. We are not dropping Hellcat like some man suggested. He is rapid and local and a really good player, regardless of the ratings. So it seemed logical to me that if his people want him out of Bama and it seem he has zoned in on Miami, once the parents or family visited Coral Gables, it would be a wrap. Especially considering he has no other OV'z set up, and has not taken any other either. Just my brain working, no insider info.

Also forget timelines with these recruits committment man. Long as we have them in the boat on signing day thats all that counts. We had to wait on Bain, Pancake and Damari even when we got pessimistic during a turbulent season. Let the staff lay the foundations that will not only get them to commit but prevent decommittments when them other teams get desperate
