Bamarrero covering gators and canes?!

This is his dream job so I doubt we will see much of gatorerro around here anymore.

Question I have to ask is what kind of pictures does he have on D$ that he’s allowed to be around here at all.

Guy has said Fck you to CIS and us Cane fans sooooo many times but yet he’s still allowed to post.Boggles the mind.Well at least mine.

This isn't a good luck for Canesinsight. You've already got people frustrated about him liking and retweeting news for other schools. Spin in however you want, it's annoying as a Cane Fan. I've never seen Ivins post anything ND related, but saying "he's a traitor too" doesn't really sway my opinion.

But you’re not asking for journalism. You’re asking for buddy to approach reporting with a bias toward the team he’s covering.

Be clear, this isn’t a journalism issue. It’s just fans wanting to hear from other fans.
 
Let dude get his bag. If this was really about journalism ethics people would be critiquing the information he’s reporting as inaccurate or incomplete.

I get that this is a fan site, but you’re questioning his integrity for not being openly partial and biased as someone who is pursuing a career in journalism which is supposed to be impartial and unbiased.

Well, at least D$ confirmed that we are no longer throwing barbs at a high school kid, which I felt internally conflicted over. I know I know, he's only a college kid...but it's a step in the right direction. I feel better already.

And that's fine go get your money I'm not mad. When Tito Benoit decided to go write for USF it was all good, when the Plug decided to live out the rest of his days in Bohemian Grove we wished him well (most of us anyway). But deciding you are going to work for our hated in-state rival and think that you will continue to post here without a backlash is naive at best. Did the Japanese have dinner with Pearl Harbor before they bombed them?

Does Ivins' twitter masthead picture rep Note Dame? Has it ever while he reported for a Miami site? I'd prefer someone who reps the U be the college kid making money off this site. Aside from the gator thing, it really shows a lack of judgment on his part to even get caught up in this situation. Just my opinion
