Anyone watching STA play?

STA s a really good team. But they're going to struggle with that young QB this season. Bosco defense has had his number all game.

Outside of an average QB and an average (at least when playing the big boys) OL

I think STA is pretty good…Nowhere near their best team, especially on the trenches. But I think OK

This is the best team Aquinas had played in years no shame in losing to them-Aquinas won’t play another team this good this season-Bosco’s OL was the biggest and best I’ve seen in years that was the difference as well as their DL the game was won in the trenches-Indorf STA QB will be fine he can throw really well with the exception of that one pick-STA couldn’t run the ball at all it hurt them the whole game-Time of possession was huge it’s amazing the score wasn’t more lopsided credit Aquinas’s defense.

The Trinity league in Southern Cal is probably the toughest in the nation don’t forget Mater Dei who has beaten Bosco plenty of times although Bosco got them last year.

One of the most mid sta teams ive seen.

They have some guys i seen start that would typically be 2nd or 3rd teamers..including their qb who likely isnt a top 15 s fla qb.

I Should have known when they took a Mca transfer underclassmen defender and he looked to be one of their better defenders all game

Bosco size wise was good but they werent even impressive. I think chaminade and a few others sfla teams would have feared better.

Sta coaching on both sides always leaves alot to be desired. Bosco may have ran 3 plays all game and they made no adjustment.

Sta offense is always bland, im not sure why kids with offers on o transfer there

Anyone who watched the previous game would tell you who looked to bethe more impressive teams.
I see why sta been ducking chaminade.

That version of sta is borderline top 3 in sfla right now.

Off head they would be in dog fights with central, chaminade, heritage.

They may look better down the road though.

STA coaches follow the “we’ll just out-talent everyone” philosophy. They tend to be very vanilla because they rarely need to get creative. Unfortunately for them, when they actually play a more talented team, they’re lost. You mean we can’t just bully the other team with our lines? We can’t just run it right at the opponent? We have to rely on our QB to make plays? As soon as I saw how big Bosco was up front, I knew they were in trouble. I said either this game is going to be a low scoring slugfest or Aquinas is going to get smoked. I knew they weren’t going to score a ton.

Aquinas can’t duck Chaminade,AH-Plantation or Cardinal Gibbons anymore starting next year their all members of the BCAA-They will have to play each other-

I always thought they should play Columbus every year as well-I saw when Central came to their place a few years Rockets blew them out.

Ina few weeks Central and Chaminade play at Traz-Who’s better in your opinion?
Supposedly their QB play has been subpar-They got two kids one from Cali and other from Texas and the local kid-

Other than the whiff on the tackle I thought Frédérique played well. Get this kid some nutrition and weight training, and you could have something. Mack is a good football player. Probably won't ever wow you with any particular traits, just plays hard, works hard, could start down the line.

You could just tell wirh Chance with his size and movement skills he has the tools at WR.

His stop and go was nice where he would have probably had a long TD but got grabbed by defender.

They lost 4 starters from their OL who were really good players. The replacements are okay, but haven’t gelled yet. STA has a soft schedule (except for Western), so they will mop the floor with their opponents the rest of the way, with the possible exception of Western.
