I’ve been saying “ RED” is the issue for years. Recruiting , evaluating and developing. If you can evaluate down here you‘re stealing money.

Take 3-5 of these types every year. They can see what they’ll be in two years versus 6 months.

Yeah the QB needs a lot of work. Chance if open most of the time, and when he's not he's being held. QB just can't get the ball to him.

Yeah, I'm with that. Need all three facets. Need to recruit -- not a coincidence that LT and JW are two preseason AAs and they were our only 2 five stars during the Manny HC era. Need to eval -- local youth football legend Kam Kinchens was a 3 star and he's already a proven AA. Need to develop -- Cooper exhibit A here. Completely changed his body. Kid is going to be a beast.
