What are you talking about, those times are not elite. Here are elite times for high school track. Notice Whitefield and Bracy are cousins from Orlando that went to FSU.

10.8 is considered elite for track in HS, it's a standard that set by a national organization. Maybe sit out the track talk....I still remember you telling the board Walter tucker was the best hurdler in the nation lol.

American Heritage senior
Season highlights: Had the fastest time in the county in the 110 hurdles at 13.83, recorded at the Florida Relays. He was the District 14-2A champion and Region 4-2A champion in the 110 hurdles and 300 hurdles. For the second year in a row, Tucker won the Class 2A state championship in the 110 hurdles, shortly after his father bought him a new pair of track shoes the morning of the race. Only nine other times in all classifications has a male hurdler won the 110 hurdles state title in back-to-back years since 1990. He also finished second in the 300 hurdles. His best 300 hurdle time was 38.02.
Comment: After winning the 110 and 300 hurdles at the Sam Burley Hall of Fame Invitational in early March, he was named flrunners.com Athlete of the Week. Following that meet, he had the fastest time in the country in the 110 hurdles. Has committed to Clemson, where he will play football and compete in track. "He has that versatility and great work ethic that makes him a tremendous athlete," American Heritage coach Corey Hicks said. "He is an awesome athlete all around. He leads by example and has a bright future ahead of him."
I give hats off for my athletic success to: "... my family because all of this success wouldn't have come to me if I didn't have my family to back me up."

BigCaneAl if 10.8 second in the 100meter is elite then for 2016 there were 70 elite high school runners in the state of Florida that ran 10.8 or faster. Don't get me wrong 10.8 sec 100m times are fast. But elite times are 10.5 or lower.

Lol at giving up on an elite prospect because of Maryland. We should rarely if ever lose a recruiting battle with them regardless of DMV or not. Ohio State went in and took young, we should go in and take McFarland.
We will see what makes him better than Felix or Lemon ?
Lol Felix isn't in the same stratosphere as McFarland. Lemons is a totally different player.
And I really like Felix as a player. But McFarland is a legit RB. Felix is an athlete. Athletes don't always translate to being legit RBs.

Not say Mac is a bad player but he doesn't wow me. Not like Duke, Sony, Collins... Just not overly impressed with him. I honestly thought Felix film looked better. Plus I believe Felix tested better too. Still kind of up in the air but I think I'd prefer Felix.

Like I said I don't think he's a bad player but he just doesn't wow me. I watch him play in a full game that was on tv recently and if not for knowing who he was and who he played for I would've never noticed him.
