Sold. Unretire number 10 and give it to him and lets freaking good!

offense will be electric - leader - similar to Cam and Cam will be there to help. I'm sure.

fire the fat Cajun man and send him back to eat turtle soup

and lets stack and pay DB's what ever!! get new cb coach and new safety coach and lets play the right guys and get a DC that will use our lb's instead of them standing in the middle of the field doing nothing all game and blitz the F out of teams

LFG

Sad that a good solid post was wasted on a guy all but signed, sealed and delivered to Oklahoma.

Jackson Arnold and improved trenches.
it’ll be interesting to see how much cache Ward success will carry with transfer candidates.
Arnold would be a great choice, but would he want to stay in the SEC like Mississippi St or stay close to home like TCU…
Mateer could very well follow his OC
Miller Moss could end up at Michigan/Louisville

It won;t take long for tier 1 and 2 qbs to get locked up.

Mateer would ignite our fanbase and maintain momentum after a very disappointing finish; arm-talent, tough, and can do serious damage with his legs. It would be completely justified to break the bank for him with untapped resources leftover from HS recruiting.

Cam was last year's unicorn and, based on what his success meant for the brand, Miami should make another serious push for this year's unicorn; it's sound business at the end of the day.

Hopefully he decides soon.

Back to bro ball i guess

an oversimplification but, yeah, it needs to be infused without overcorrecting.

We have the finesse offense but need more toughness and physicality on both sides of the ball. I'm sure that's obvious to all parties involved; up 21 points we should be able to maul teams and use back-breaking play-action to put the game out of reach.

Defense was an obvious problem but, being objective, we were a soft team with a few physical players.

I’m guessing he follows his OC. Otherwise OU would be trying to keep JA in house.
But IF Mateer is truly Mario’s guy, Mario needs to drop an offer he can’t say no to. If JA was debating of staying, that would signal that Mateer may not be a done deal.

But I doubt any of that has happened. This ain’t going to be like last year where we take our sweet time evaluating and then bringing in Cam and Will and then deciding on Cam only to have Cam enter the draft and then pulling out and committing to us.

Tier 1 and 2 are going to be pretty much formalities by next Wednesday or Thursday. If we strike out early, our options could be guys like Mendoza or hoping Ewers and/or Milroe transfers instead of going to NFL.

I’m curious if JA tries to recruit a couple of WRs to follow him too.

I think dude should still look around if he's smart just cause your OC is going to OU doesn't fix that they have major personnel issues on there OL. As a QB you're only as good as your OL. Arnold being sacked as much as he was should be a MAJOR RED FLAG
