I was waiting until we had a better idea of what was going on before I started watching his highlights

Man. No one is Cam that’s true. Cams arm talent is just absurd. But the way Mateer can run the ball when he needs to is a weapon

OK, understood.
I'm not one that's arguing fire Mario/hire Lane. Just that like a lot of things on CIS people go way overboard with the criticism and defenses, and Kiffin is one of those that gets ripped beyond what's deserved given his more recent record.

Yeah my comment was kinda poking fun at that in the first place but then when you responded I had to stick to it

No harm intended. Lane would have made us better quicker for sure imo but I don’t trust the guy long term. Mario I was never a fan of the hire but he’s here for a long time regardless so hopefully we keep building on this

I was on the Lane train too, he lost me this year. Seems to be a guy that can do more with less but does less with more. Kind of odd. Fully expected them to be in CFP this year. Major fail after their spending spree.
