Don’t feel too bad for Coach ****ert Mr Deis, if he continues to develop players that everyone wants eventually he’ll leave for a bigger “NIL opportunity” as well
Yeah feel bad for Wash state because in this new landscape..teams being cheap with the NIL won’t keep good coaches because they will get frustrated and leave for programs that have NIL presence.

how are they developing qbs better than us

>$4M for Mateer? Lol yall smoking crack. I'd be surprised if he was getting much over $3M from any school

At that price, give me Chandler Rogers who just commmitted to UVA for $1.5M, Singleton and another WR for a combined $1.75M-2M AND Tacario Davis for like $750k. ... Then you stilll have all the money you were prepped to spend on DB, WR anyways, and use that all for Silver or the LTech DT, 4 more DBs, the Top TE, top LB, and an EDGE lol.

Mateer isn't worth $4M when the rest of the market is like Mendoza for like $1M, Hoover starying at TCU, Rogers choosing UVA, Mensah choosing Duke, Ewers probably being available, etc, etc. Like come on lol. There is a price where the opportunity cost isn't worth it.

If Sooners giving 4 million, then UM has to find a way to match it. Why that just happens to be exactly half of Cristobal's salary. If you think that is overpaying, consider how much a 6 win season is compared to a 10 win season, and how hot Cristobal's seat is going to be if we finish close to the .500 mark again- which would be 3 out of 4 seasons at UM.
Double it, give him $8M. #Chessnotcheckers

The one thing that I’m starting to come around on, the staff has confidence in what they are doing.

Even last year when Cam was the guy and they went all in, we still had Will Howard visit and contact with others.

We haven’t had a single QB visit? Off of what Cam just did? Something’s up
Maybe…

But it could also mean we have some gamblers who keep going all in at the poker table without the nuts.

Imagine going to OU where their oline is straight cheeks, have zero WRs and no RBs. Those coaches can't block for you and to make matters worse you get to live in Norman, Oklahoma like fuuuugggg that.
All of that + seeing what’s possible here with the year Cam had…you would think the decision is a no-brainer.

All bets are off when teams start throwing desperation money around. If the past month is any indication of where we’re at as a program, we probably need to do the same.

This whole cycle has been weird. Coming off the best season miamis had in forever and the recruiting class finished kinda meh. No portal commits yet. Hope they have a master plan that will all come together soon

Just popping in to say this kid is Johnny Manziel and if he comes here and Dawson stays he’ll be in NYC next December.

Enjoy your evenings.
But the most reliable source Danny boy Cane said he is going to Oklahoma LOL. He is more like Hurts. But either way I agree. Intro him to our OL
