I've seen Emory practice. While I was encouraged with what I saw at the time, I watched that same defense play all year and it completely negated everything I saw from him in August.

No contact would kill us if we didn’t have his former teammate on the roster. Seems like he’s heading to OU, but I’m not freaking out just because of no contact.

I don’t know for sure but everything I’ve heard is that Mateer is #1 but I’m mostly a second hand insider and it’s like a game of telephone sometimes
 
**** if we don’t get Mateer and end up losing Horton…just continuing the bad ending to the season. I truly think he’s making a dumb decision if he goes to OU after seeing the kind of season he could have here.

He can't take both opportunities.
 
Basically all we learned today is Wazzu is eliminated. He had a top 3 (even OU reported it). Wazzu didn’t make final cut. Miami/OU battle.

We’ll know more how serious Miami is within next 1-2 days. If that visit is lined up then you know.

Yeah. Miami has contacted him plenty lol Cam has been our advocate. Helping on and off the field. He knew what OU and UMs offers were long before he made this public today. This was his way of letting Wazzu down gently
