I’m just saying. I’ve probably followed this 2 closely over the last few days. OU has been EXTREMELY confident. Everything I have seen from our side is they would be interested, not as far along. If this is real, the kid knows and so does the school. Unless staff went full zero dark thirty and not a peep got out, not sure how this leans him making his decision already and it us.

"Back-channel" is a term to describe the use of third parties to communicate in a time-period prior to entering the Portal.

"No contact" is like "dead period", the schools cannot reach out, but the player can reach out to communicate.

I’ve been throwing screenshots from WSU/OU 247 all morning. I’m not pushing negativity at all. I’m just sharing what I’ve seen and my opinion. I hope I’m wrong. But the tones on OU and our side seem extremely different. If the kid has made his decision (which the text makes it seem like he has picked a school) I’m not feeling confident. Again, that just based on our tone. Again, I hope I’m wrong

Our side has said something? Outside of @Cribby, no one really has posted much about chances with Mateer.
