I think for me its simply the shock of losing a 5 star kid to a 3rd rate school in Fayetteville Arkansas. It's a stunner - no one that was born and raised in South Florida really wants to go there, let alone 4 best years of your life to a 3rd rate school, with a 2nd rate coach to play on astro turf... This makes ZERO sense... Has to be something else???? Money???

When has a full back recruit made a difference on a D1 team? Soma Vainuku at USC? Hows Maurice Hagens doing?

Has Al said he's playing FB? Or are the fans just assuming he's playing FB?

I doubt he plays FB, but that's besides the point. Right now, according to the recruiting "experts" he is a 3 star FB and nothing more. He's scraps off the Syracuse pile.

Losing Collins for his athletic abilities isn't what I worry so much about. It's reputation, the more "stars" UM loses the worse for the reputation as a whole. UM cannot afford to lose 4s and 5s just from a pure rep stand point. I'd rather star ***** than count on AGs ability to coach up a bunch of 2s and 3s. If Collins picked UM tonight it would have been great publicity for future recruits, Edwards is not bringing that.

I knew one of his teachers at high school and she told me he wanted out of south florida. This was months ago. I reported it on here and got ran off by cash and the "insiders" on here. They demanded names, etc etc. Lol. How often does someone decommit and then end up at the same school? It's rare. People who expected collins werent being realistic.
