I believe we’ll be hearing something on AD soon too.

At least they didn't mention monkey ****.

For reference

They'd be giving attention to the members of the "WEZ," WestEndZone.com, whose name alludes to the general admission seats in the old Orange Bowl where gang members and middle-aged parents sat side-by-side and openly drank as the Canes taunted their way to another victory. Today, the website's members argue about presidential politics and the Syrian refugee crisis. They post reviews of restaurants and ask one another to rate pictures of **** stars. They give words of encouragement. They call one another homophobic slurs. And, in between, they brainstorm what the next banner will say.

I signed up in November, using my real name. Soon after, a thread appeared in my honor. Posters started by addressing me: "F--- you." Then they called me a f----r. Then came the monkey **** pictures, followed by monkey **** GIFs. The monkeys humped and *********ed and peed, and the thread reached 10 pages.

"Can Miami reclaim relevance? Diaz’s potential parting gift is quarterback Tyler Van Dyke, a young star who threw 25 touchdowns and just six interceptions as a freshman. He’s an elite building block for whoever is next, assuming he doesn’t enter the transfer portal to see how the bidding war unfolds."

I can't even begin to process this stupidity. Bidding war? Is Thamel outright saying other programs are going to pay TVD money?
Lol he wrote it and there’s no way he could explain it

It’s like the media is on tilt. They can’t process Miami being relevant again and their minds are short circuiting.

Pretty good article just sums stuff up
Very good take on things but a clear unfair slant. Manny will be ok and college football has basically become cold and unfair why point the finger at Miami ?

And, the reason it turned into a S___ show, is because they should've done the right thing by the players, the program, alums and fans and just fired Manny after the UVA game, or at the very latest, after the Nole loss.

I asked the question on here what I was missing on why he hadn't already been fired. Once we got really close to Dec. 1st, then it made sense to muscle through, but they should have let him know he wasn't coming back.

And, I still don't believe that Diaz was actually going to be brought back under almost any circumstances. How can we fire Blake because of his record, bring in an AD and make that AD the highest AD in collegiate sports, and not fire him.

I don't care what they were leaking (which was really just petty BOT's not getting their way) bringing Manny back was so illogical and bordering on the edge of clinical insanity, I just don't believe it. No way that was ever really happening.
This👆🏾!!!

Not really. If u scroll down a few posts, she also tweets this:

Didn’t see any Notre Dame parents tweeting this about Bayou Brian. Shameful that LSU abetted such offensive conduct by him. The optics are terrible.

If manny was looking at the Alabama job (in another strange alternative universe) while employed by Miami.. no one would give a **** if UM was being strung along behind the scenes. I don’t see why it can go that way but not roles reversed.
Because Miami isn't one individual. If you say Oregon is being strung along by waiting for Mario's decision no one is gonna feel sorry for a school. In fact I haven't heard anyone nationally mention Oregon being put in a bad spot. But if some players come out and say Mario was checked out for 3 weeks and when we asked about Miami stuff he lied to us(purely hypothetical) then the coach doing the stringing along would catch heat too.

He may not have meant that but he wouldn't be wrong. I hope no one thinks we got our big transfer for free.

There is simply no easy way to handle this. If we cannot get answers right away we wait and have actually given Manny a back door possibility. It’s tough for Mario and we must respect that which is fair. This article is not👎

lol if you pay attention on Twitter Lemonis and Ruiz already sending little subs at each other
