Well, if he focuses on something other than offense, he's even worse at that, because his defense sucks. When a guy gets blown out by Arkansas, it's not clear that he focuses on anything.

Yea its hard to add them in the list.

But its crazy both of those schools have put up some high end nfl guys for being so young.

My hope is if Mario doesnt work out we'll be having that Lane convo again...or some other offensive minded coach...because just off the athletes available to us locally we would/should be able to post solid to above avg defenses jus by being competent in recruiting.

not sure if you know this but Arkansas has a pretty good offense...and supposedly a guy who turned mario down coaching them.

I dont think your post is hitting like you think it is.

Arkansas aint actually MTSU.

You should Google some results.

During the Arkansas slide, they scored 19 against Liberty, 10 against LSU, and 27 against Missouri. The outlier?

42 against Ole Miss.

Then senior night they played ole miss n played a whale of a game it happens.

Raheim Sanders showed up that game and Ole Miss holding penalties nullified two touchdown passes from Jaxson Dart. The Rebels lost a fumble, were forced to settle for two field goals on promising drives and missed a field-goal try. It was 35-6 at the half..sh*t was done..Ole Miss woke up n Arkansas scored 1 td in the 2nd half.

Its a UM board .....i aint gonna say,...." But...Sonny Dykes". This whole thread is a comparison of Kiffin and Cristobal if you dont get that ..stay on the baseball board...i aint coming in there to debate you. lol

So teams play a “whale of a game” and it “just happens” in five of Kiffin’s last six games. Man, that dude is just unlucky.

Yes, it’s a comparison of their recruiting. When you can’t defend Kiffin’s recruiting you turn to “LULZ MTSU”.

Sample size is important. But I’ll keep this quote of yours handy, especially when Kiffin loses five games again because he can’t keep Texas Tech’s 3rd QB under 40 points.

Whats their to defend?....he is recruiting par for the course for Ole Miss. I know he is a top 25 recruiter and would easily bring in top 10 classes at UM...the only folks who believe he couldnt recruit here are ppl looking for reasons to prop up Mario since he isnt better at anything else than Lane...its the justification for hiring Mario. Though in my opinion we didnt need justification since he is Cane football alumni and who alot involved wanted for years.

Im still gonna Lulz MTSU whenever i feel like it as its the worst lost in my lifetime as a cane fan.
