Honestly, would take it. Fine with me.

Just get Alford and one of Pickett / Hanks, with the former seeming much more likely at this point.

Missing on both corners would be disappointing.

Regardless if we land Pickett or not, we still need at least two corners in the portal imo. Especially since we don’t know what Slime will be like after a severe injury, which is extremely unfortunate given his undeniable skill.

I'd like to see us take an underclassman QB in the portal this year, because we missed on a top flight QB in Mario's first 3 classes. I haven't had time to watch much college football outside of our games recently, but just looking at numbers I like: 1. Hoover (TCU) 2. Mensah (Tulane) .... 3. Houser (ECU). First two I really like, and all 3 have proven they can efficiently drive the ball down the field, which as you said Arnold hasn't (mostly dink & dunk since he returned to lineup). Feel like if we take portal QB with multiple years he needs to have shown that he can throw the ball down the field, while not being a turnover machine.

It’s a mix of both from the games I saw. Really makes me appreciative of Miami’s line and the job Mario/Mirabel have done.

Mensah would be my number 1 realistic choice as of today. Love his game and would have a couple years to be a starter at Miami.

CIS favorite QB from WSU will most likely be a package deal with his OC wherever they end up in the P4.
 
Dallas Wilson is a player that makes me think twice.

I could see us NEVER being a player for Wilson and we never had a shot OR a player that's been to UM multiple times silently and we've been laying in the bushes the entire cycle

If we somehow get 1 either would be the best CB prospect Miami’s signed in a decade.

Unfortunately, a lot of smoke regarding Ben Arbuckle and OU. And if he goes there, that would definitely make things attractive for Mateer.

Then again, there were rumors they were going to axe Venebles and were silently negotiating with Mullen before the Bama game last weekend, so who knows what’s going on there.

Much will hinge on Dawson's decision. Could see Robertson and Spavital making a similar move leaving Baylor, could put us into that game

Would be a **** of a DB class. Antoine would have gone way up in the rankings but if we managed to get him and Pickett away from LSU and Raymond I think that would be a pretty big statement

Missing on Wileys disappointing especially since we were on him before everyone else and he’s special player at position of need for us. But this is a good haul to finish regardless

We never get that benefit of being early and god forbid we are a late offer we’re crusified. Gators do it to pyburn. On him first but the SEC late offer still holds weight

People like him are interested in getting First Round Top 3 Pick Contract Money. If we don't have a decent successor to Ward, not some kid like Luke who's riding around on training wheels (I know he's good, and I know Emory is good right now, but neither of them are in the same star system as Ward), you're not flipping Smith from OSU.

Ah thanks didn't realize Mateer was only a sophomore. He goes to #1 on my list.

Sucks we didn't get blue chip QB in either of the last two classes. I worry if we get a good but not great 1 year rental - and Emory leaves - that we leave ourselves open to FSU QB situation this year if rental QB ***** the bed
