Tell me you haven't watched a lot of ball. Walker, due to his athleticism and range is valuable as an on ball defender. He's also the kind of guy that creates deflections and loose balls due to his wingspan. That said, he allows his offensive issues to leak over to the defensive side, which is a problem. L likes to use him defensively because he's such a matchup issue, due to him being so athletic.
Omier has improved his stock but still needs to develop a face up game offensively if he's going to have any shot at an NBA career. He struggles a bit in the half court game when he can't overpower his defenders. Would love to see him catch the ball in the high post or short corner, open up and face the basket, and just go to work out of the triple threat. Shot fake, one dribble, dunk/shot. Reverse pivot, sweep, one dribble, dunk.
Hasn't been great tonight. Gave up a non-move, straight to the basket score vs VA's slow big guy no his first defensive possession after he turned it over. So far, Walker just seems to be out of it tonight.
