Could definitely see Polendy leaving for a better opportunity to see the field.
I like him alot as a complete tight end who behind BJ and Will would explode as a Junior. Now as far as his head? It feels like that tight end who went to FSU a couple years ago i forgot his name and he was our guy even after committing to another school he decommitted and spurned us again when Richt had the red carpet out. That's why IMO the interview is everything if you seem like you dont get it that your greatness is here im good move on
I wouldn’t have him switch positions. If can’t get on the field in the next two years or even this year, I would let him loose. Just too much talent in front of him and if Miami brings in Hodges and Zip for 2019 then he’s gonna be 6th on the depth chart.Polendy can carve out a niche career as a H back type. He needs to work on that.

I hate writing kids off early, but until he shows he could play at the college level and contribute as a blocker I'm not too confident in him. I'll leave it at that until the end of this season. Hopefully I'm proven wrong. He can block though. We'd need his services on jumbo packages as an in line blocker.

Agreed. He’s got great size for a tight end. I know he was a good blocker in high school. Was telling tho when Patchan who never played tight end before played more snaps then him in the middle of the year.I think we'll find out within the 1st five games how serviceable he'll be. At 6'6 250 he better be able to help set the edge with Donaldson or St. Louis shooooooot lol
Yeah that *****Tre Mckitty???

They did not. He played the first game. Probably would have redshirted if Haskins didn’t leave last off season.I could be wrong but I think they were trying to save him so he could red shirt but if they didn't you right buddy not a good look lmao

I believe the kid maybe had a change of heart when on Twitter he asked all fans where should he go Friday Night Lights, somewhere else and Paradise Camp and the Cane fans showed the most love. These kids are fickle, hope he does make it to Paradise Camp.Shodell said he spoke with him and Zip confirmed he wasn’t coming 2 days go. Now the kid is coming. Lol at Canesport. Shodell was the only one that deemed to be somewhat reliable. The nerd oozing out of him must only be getting worse with age.
Got a couple CB’s to UF tonight from 2 Texas writers.
