4-star LB Kellen Wiley Signs With Miami

Bobby lacks instincts and a high football IQ. As for as seeing things happening before they do. He’s a raw athlete that needs to stay watching film . Lots of playbook time is needed. He has physical talent.

Torn on this because I see our LBs looking like they lack IQ all year. Its too much of a trend

I have no idea if that was really his pops or not but his son is given the "Omar Rolle" award given annually to the big time recruit that randomly commits to our class and saves it from complete NSD disaster. (If you guys followed recruiting back in 1993..you would know what im talking about. It was a bloodbath in 93'....Omar came through like a champ and saved us from mass suicide. Bobby Bowden came in and raided Dade County unlike anything we had seen at that time)

There was no need for Nix if Wiley Jr gave the staff the impression he wanted to be here as long as we met his asking price. We probably helped Nix pack his bags! We really only needed 3 LBs. Nix became very expendable.

Nah negative on Nix brah. Nix bounced because of questions about defense. It’s been widely stated. He absolutely wasn’t pushed out nor was it about a money grab.

Wiley is listed as a low 4 or high 3 star on most sites, yet is one of the most coveted LBs. You keep whining and focusing on artificial rankings while the staff picks up players like this, who are exactly what we need. While this is a down year in our recruiting compared to the last 2 years, it is still an excellent class.

Wiley is listed as a low 4 or high 3 star on most sites, yet is one of the most coveted LBs. You keep whining and focusing on artificial rankings while the staff picks up players like this, who are exactly what we need. While this is a down year in our recruiting compared to the last 2 years, it is still an excellent class.

Wiley is the exception, not the rule. Calling a class "excellent" with 1 top 100 commit and not 1 instant impact player is comical at best.

But hey, I heard copium is a helluva drug. Keep doing you.
