2025 NFL Pro Day. Monday 3/24

Didn’t Al Davis draft that drunk FSU kicker in the first round?
Sebastian wasn't drunk! Alcoholics everywhere resent that. He was working on his first patent...

But the last few images teams have are the costly fumble at Syracuse in the last game of the season, skipping the bowl game, not running at the combine, and the running 4.8 at his pro day. Love X, but this is NOT how you get drafted in the NFL
So now Restrepo cost Miami the Syracuse game???? CIS is undefeated in ridiculous takes

I have concerns about Beck. But to be fair, Ward did everything right from jump. Beck is following a legend.

I do wish he would at least hold film review sessions with all his receivers, TEs, backs, even OL. Hang out more with the team more. Watch them run routes and plays, and interact with them. Maybe he's doing some of that, just not hearing much about it.
How do you know he isn't doing that? Go listen to JoJo's press conf. from last weekend. He SAID he watches film with Beck

The stuff X does can't be measured in shorts and a t-shirt. Everybody knows that.

I'd like to see him get down to 190-195 though.
I was shocked he was heavier yesterday then at combine. Figure he shed some weight to run at pro day but he was heavier. IMO hurt in a little. Don’t know who advised him to get that bulky or even run if he knew his time was that bad.

I honestly don’t even believe it, it’s that bad of a time. Like slow sure, no one was expecting 4.4s…I would have thought 4.65 would have been the low end. 4.7 would have been absolute lowest I’d expect. But 4.8 or slower? Thats undraftable without an extremely good excuse for a 5’9” guy practically.

And the thing is arroyo didn’t ******* run a 40 at combine or pro day! And that mother ****** was faster than you, so why wouldnt you just copy him? Lie and say you tweaked something that’d prevent the best 40 but you could still do drills.

there’s no way he’s actually a 4.8s 40 guy. Like that’s impossibly slow for a guy that is our all time leading Wr and was legit a top receiver in the ACC the last 2 seasons (so it ain’t just a volume thing).

******* Hunter Renfrow ran like a sub 4.6… and he looked flabby at 30lbs lighter than Restrepo!

Just dumbass decision for him to A) Run at all, B) run when clearly never practicing a 40 in your life, and C) running at that weight
He practiced the 40. He’s been training with Bommarito. Had pictures posted practicing the 40

****, that is a terrible 40 from X. He definitely needs to drop weight or fix his technique. Even if his game speed is great, that is slow af. Literally all 11 players on an NFL defense team would run a better time now-a-days. Love the guy still and you’d be crazy to no draft him.
His technique is 'spikes up' running, very back-side focused. Not great. Someone robbed him blind.

For context,

OT Tristan Wirfs ran a 4.85 40 at 320 lbs & nearly 6'5"

Former UGA DT Jordan Davis measured in at 6'6-3/8", 341 lbs. and ran a 4.78 40-yard dash

Aaron Donald ran a 4.68 40 at 285lbs & 6’1”
Elijah Roberts ran a 4.78 at 290# at the Combine- a less favorable place to time your 40 than a pro day

Most of us understand that the majority of what X does can’t be quantified through numbers, or “measurables.” That being said, we also realize that these NFL scouts and Execs are absolutely obsessed with these numbers. I gotta say though, his 40 time was 4.8-5.1?? Either the guy doing the times was half asleep or his timer was off because something doesn’t seem right about that.
