Apparently Miami led the nation in attendance in the 80s my how things have changed. How much more seating could realistically be added to mark light?
UM baseball under Ron Fraser was in the forefront of promoting college baseball as a viable sport where you can attract families to the games and actually get them to pay for attendance and invest in program. He was ahead of his time and his former pitching coach Skip Bertman took those best practices to LSU. However, many programs have caught up, if not surpassed, UM baseball. It's kind of analogous to the US women's soccer program which had the benefit of being ahead of other countries in that sport, including those with big-time soccer tradition on the men's side.

Kid that hit the bomb is another D3 transfer. Eastern Conn St. who is outstanding but imagine this time last year he was prob playing in front of 150 people. Now he just had a pinch hit 9th inning home run to tie it up in a Super Regional

What’s CRAZY is that kid has ONLY 19 hits on da season & now 9 of them are ding dongs!!!
