These are the elite guys in florida. No we won't get all (or most), but we have to get some. I'm only listing guys we have a realistic shot at....not guys destined to troll us like Grimes, James Robinson, Kaindoh, etc:

RB - Colin Wilson (Clay HS)
RB - Kyshaun Bryan (Heritage)
WR - Kevaughn Dingle (Carol City)
WR - One of Jeudy (Deerfield) Green (IMG) or Scott (Southridge)
OL - Tederral Slaton (Heritage) /no 1 target imo
OL - Jerry Drake (Palm Beach Gardens)
OL - Cesar Ruiz (IMG)
OL - Kai-Leon Herbert (Heritage)
OL - Kadeem Telfort (Norland) /unacceptable to let a Norland kid go to UF
OL - Jean Marcellus (Jefferson)
OL - Robert Holmes (Oxbridge) /teammate of our RB commit
DE - Guy Thomas (Columbus)
DE - Jarez Parks (Sebastian)
DE - Jordan Wright (Dillard)
DE - Zach Carter (Hillsborough)
DT - Kevon Bennett (STA)
LB - Will Ignont (IMG)
LB - Deandre Wilder (Carol City)
LB - NaDarius *****an (Southridge)
CB - Stanford Samuels (Flanagan)
CB - Marco Wilson (Heritage)
CB - Trajan Bandy (Columbus) /still no offer!
CB - Shawn Davis (Southridge)
CB - Brian Edwards (Miramar)
S - Daniel Wright (Cardinal Gibbons) /cant let monsters like this continue to go to FSU
S - Billy Gibson (Southridge)
S - Naytron Culpepper (American)

our coaches better be parked outside Southridge HS and Heritage all year long. they be STACKED.

I'm outta here until the fall...had enough crootin drama for now.

Good list...I seriously think we get a good number of those guys....Daniel Wright, Wilson, Edwards, Bandy, Carter, Parks, Bennett, Green and Jeudy(through divine intervention), Slaton, Ruiz, Herbert, Marcellus, and Holmes....wishful thinking maybe, but this would set us up for good things on the field in 2017

Slaton and herbert need to be here, so do bandy and wilson, dingle and greene, davis and wright, wright has been tweeting a lot of UM stuff lately, basically we need to go hard at every DB target down here

Nice list.

As for corners, I don't care where we get them from. But we need several premier corners after the worst three-year stretch of CB recruiting imaginable. It's the biggest need on the entire team and there are no excuses with the playing time we have available and the benefit of the first-year recruiting bump.

It's a rare year where OL talent seems to be pretty strong in our backyard. You're absolutely right about Slaton being the biggest priority. We have to find a way to land him.

One thing I'll mention is that it's not an either-or discussion at WR when it comes to Jeudy, Greene, Scott, etc. We need 4 studs in 2017 because we'll only have 6 on scholarship once Coley/Lewis are gone. Richt even singled out WR during his signing day presser as one position where we don't have the numbers he seeks. WR remains a massive priority both in terms of top-end talent and depth.

not a big fan of Herbert..dont like the feet....Slaton im all in on.

Miami Jackson has a big ot....Heritage just got a good size ot transfer from Plantation. We gotta keep Donaldson from Central he is a player!.

We need DTs, OLineman, CBs, WRs, LBs, RBs as big needs. Lots of depth issues almost across the board

Is Perry our guy at QB? I'm on the ole "take a QB every year" plan. Perry might not fit what we're doing, though.

Add Kyron Taylor to the list, skill wise we should have the top ol class the 17 cycle, personally like I posted last year, Taylor, Slaton, Herbert, and Donaldson are must gets, I also hope we look at Cody Bowes at Center, he currently plays OT for STA but from watching his film he could be an All American center IMO, great length and he is intelligent, If we get all five of these guys and add 1 or 2 more it will show me Richt can evaluate cause Bowes and Taylor aren't highly rated. Personally I make Rumph lead recruiter for the heritage boys not our current ol coach, this his time to make his money recruiting wise.

So what about the kids commited right now. None of thrm are top kids?
Burns is one of, if not the, top back in FL. Donaldson is a good OL prospect and Ford is a good DL prospect. I think Steed and Dunning will blow up this year. Gamble, WR, is also a top rated recruit. We have a good start.

Gogeta, You have better evals of tricounty kids than all the so-called scouts. Can you make up a list by position of the top 2017 So FL targets you'd like to see Miami get?

All those receivers and no Grimes? Dude was the top performer at the Under Armour Junior 50 competition. Just because he is committed to strong lean somewhere doesn't mean we give up. Bruce, winning, and a little Mark can get it done.

im not that in depth...to make a list...but after spring i'll be able to see a few or ask around on some of the young talents.....

Heritage has a wr too...thats a big kid..Dontavius Butler. Big Body wr.

Um could just make money going to - STA, Heritage, Chaminade, and the usual Central, BTW, in this next class.

Crazy thing is...The ol talent seems to be their locally in this next group.

I expect a heavy S.FLA...Metro Atlanta feel in this next class.

RB and LB is not as bad. I think we need 2 for each respectively. We'll need 2-3 DT's, 3-4 OL and 4 WR-CB next year. This is why I'm glad Richt didn't attempt to fill the rest of the class with subpar players.

richt is gonna clean up in 17. no idea who they take but we know ol will want 3-4 , wr is gonna be a spot to get some guys as coley and lewis will leave and only have 8 scholorship guys. cb is thin so will go after a bunch of them with playing time as a carrot, to go with fact this team is gonna be awesome of offense this year.

nkosi perry will stick at qb, rb they are gonna take 2. and have some nice offers. dt is a spot will probably want 2-3 guys. should be a fun year to keep track of kids they chase.

i am with u. plus he says will have full 85 next year available, so giving the 7 spots this year he didn't use for ee's and 25 limit per year if has space to do so can get 32 in next years class.

I agree we take 2 backs.....what two backs remain to be seen. I know if that McFarland kid wants to come, he is a take regardless
