2017 Class Targets/Offers

Anyone know if Jarez Parks made it? I know his teammate Jamal Riggins was supposed to come, but ended up going to Wake Forest and committed there.

Don't know if that was his ride or not?

Santino, Quantino Allen, and Edwards were there, btw remember when I said trevon grimes was like 1% chance he comes here yea not anymore, we're not a top school but he's listening and I expect us to continue to gain traction with him.

Are you sure on Allen? I thought Geo or Pete posted that he couldn't get a ride?

Yea I read that thread. Thanks for the insight. Seems like alot of those guys are spring practice evaluations? But good to know the staff is showing interest to alot of players

I feel that Carney, Johnson and Suggs will get Miami offer very soon. If i had to bet which one gets it first i would say Suggs

Updated with some new offers: Malik Davis, Trey Blount, Camron Buckley, Owen Carney, Will Ignont. Also added Brini's scheduled on campus visit today 2/25

--Its becoming clear who our top 3 CB targets are in Davis, Brini, and Henderson. If Brini commits today while he's on campus that would be huge. I think after those 3 we take maybe 1 more CB.

-- At Safety it looks like our Top 4 targets are F'agan, Wright, Gibson, and Carter. I'm guessing we take 3 or 4 and maybe N. F'agan as a hybrid down the line

-- The Top 3 OL targets seem to be Slaton, Donaldson, and Telfort. Alot of offers out right now but i'm sure the staff will do more evaluating by the summer and we'll start to hear of other top targets

-- LB is pretty clear cut too. Wilder at the top of the list, followed by Steed, Miller, Ignont, Houston. With Steed locked in at one spot. I think we pursue Wilder hard and maybe one of the other bunch

-- WR sounds like Jeudy, Dingle, Grimes as the top 3, followed by Landers, Felix, and a bunch of others. Lets see how things pan out

-- All other positions are tough to tell, who the top targets are as of now.

Thanks for the timeline. I know there are more offers out, but I was trying to condense the list to players we are pursuing hard, have legitimate interest, or have visited.

they've been showing a lot of interest to Robert Hainsey from IMG, and Billy Ross and Riley Locklear are being shown interest to out of WV. Alson Ryan Johnson from Alabama is being recruited hard by the staff( offered and attended junior day) as well as Shawn Smith from Brunswick, Georgia who has us on top. Darrian Felix had an interview at the opening and said he's being recruited strictly for RB

Definitely the type of talent that we need. Both are guys who will need to see wins on the field before they join us though.
