Added Carter, Todd Harris (DB out of LA), Jake Bentley (QB out of ALA), and moved Burgess to S.

After the first Junior Day (Feb 20) we'll find out more about who the top targets are, and prob even get a few commits, or other confirmed offers

For whatever reason, CC has always had a strong draw for UF

Per Dunning he and the Staff haven't really spoken at all. Now that could just be the Staff settling in, but time will tell.
