2015 RBs with offers and some locals without

Dexter Williams is going to be a monster for ND the rest of the year. Injuries and being in the doghouse have been the only things holding him back.

Walton & Damien Harris would have been would have been my choices with hindsight

I mean, his name is in the OP

Nice catch. It also says "trying to be 2015". I don't think I evaluated him at that time but when I did I rated him a tier above the other backs discussed in this thread. I also rated Duke Johnson higher than Yeldon and Keith Marshall so context matters: my comment was specific to the hype over Scarlett and Cronkrite in particular.

Scarlett did have alot of hype. I always thought he was stiff as ****. The kid i wanted from U School was Quincy Wilson.

Brossette on this list is cool to see.

Just another example, though, why in the FVCK would we leave the Tri-County area for a RB that isn't the best RB or two in the nation? Blows my mind.

2015 was a terrible year for Florida backs, too...and Miami still got the best one of the bunch.

He's in the OP. I mean you were pumping Ozigbo and he is pedestrian. SO......

You may be right but even so that's a pedestrian back that we really could've used these last 4 years so....

I had a long post in here detailing the context of why I was so hyped about Ozigbo. It had more to do with his potential role than his talent. I gave him a low 4* grade which is quality role player territory.

No need for him at all. Is he better than the Gus Bus?. **** we had the Gus Bus and Yearby leave out. Sounds like he is where his talent is/was needed. Lets get a post going with your evals similar to what you did with this WITH GUYS YOU THOUGHT WE SHOULD HAVE WENT AFTER or who you saw as talented.

Gus the bus wasn't a power back. He's a better athlete than Ozigbo but the whole point here is that I wanted a back with natural power who also showed some pass-game ability. I still want that tbh but Crowley will suffice.

Good idea with the last point but unfortunately I stopped evaluating HS around 14/15 (thanks to Golden malaise) and haven't picked it back up to the same extent since. I was definitely too generous with giving some of the crappy takes the benefit of the doubt, that's for sure. Plus most of the high 3* and low 4* guys I liked weren't Cane targets and I wasn't seeking out lower rated guys than that - there are way too many.

I'll give you my thoughts on 2013 Florida though:

DISLIKED (overrated or not P5 caliber)
Ryan Green
Marcell Harris
Tarean Folston
Greg Bryant
Ahmad Fulwood
Jordan Sherit
Alvin Bailey
Sojourn Shelton
Maquedius Bain
Ray Lewis III
Brisly Estime

LIKED (underrated or wanted)
Mackensie Alexander
Joey Bosa
Isaiah Jones
Jayron Kearse
Jaynard Bostwick
Devin Washington
Joey Ivie
Michael Deeb
Jermaine Grace
Will Likely
Mike White
Mackenro Alexander
Matt Dayes
Johnell Barnes

Not perfect but better than the sites as you'd expect from almost anyone haha.
