2013 TOP WEIGHT ROOM PERFORMERS

You gotta feel for Shayon Green who is outrun not just by the defensive tackles in the 40 but by the offensive tackles as well. Rooting for him to get his first sack.

you're misreading the charts. Shayon Green is not in the group w/ the OL/DL. He is with the LB (small DE), FB, TE, K. But he's slower than that badass new punter of ours.

Wow very impressive - true freshman - Jamal Carter squatting 475, #1 for his group!!!! Very interested to see how he develops

Not impressed with the squat numbers from our big fellas at all.

Our overall speed on defense is also not where I thought it would be. Hopefully some people didn't partake in the testing. Only two of our DB's clocked in the 4.5 range. So you're telling me the rest of our DB's are 4.6's or slower? That's not a typical Miami defensive backfield. We've got a few LB's in the 4.6's, which is good.

Also kinda surprised Scott and Lewis didn't make the 40 list.

I'm pretty impressed with our bench numbers.

Would be cool to see some former lists from a couple years ago to compare.

Shayon Green was pushed to the finish line in a wheel chair by Mike Barrow.

Yeah Seantrel better be on the complete top bench list..

Arms are way too long for that.

If he's gunna be an NFL left tackle his number better be up in the 30's.

Not necessary at all, especially not when you're 6'8".

True. In 2013 combine fluker from Alabama did 21 reps. Eric fisher did 27 reps. Luke Joeckel did 27 reps.

The top guy overall was hunt with 38 reps.
Interesting that Linder would have been the strongest guy at the combine and that with our numbers we would of had 7 guys in the top 10.

Those stats also say that we don't have any safety faster than Danny Dillard.
Don't mean to say the numbers are bull****, but at the very minimum they have to be incomplete.

No Bush in these numbers. Would have been sub 4.5 with possibly the highest vertical.

I'm fairly sure Shayon is in the DE, DT, OL group as he listed with Linder, Bunche and King on the bench. He is just not among the leaders in the 40, which cuts off at 5.4.

I hope AQM was in the faster group with the wr's.
If he was in the DL group and couldn't crack 5.40 I'm going to have an aneurysm.

Dude just got here before camp, I would think he missed the testing. But who knows maybe Shayon beat him

Seantrel in interview said he did 28 reps, last test he did 24. At 6'8 he is good and when he has ample time to train for that test and when combine rolls around I would think he can crack 30

It's rare to find OT putting up numbers in the 30's... Guards/Centers have the perfect body type (barrel chest/short arms) where OT's just don't. (40time/vert is where OT excel.. which SH killed)

The numbers are from a Swasey article on CS. Several kids did not participate in some or all of the testing due to injury.

Did everyone participate in the testing?

Maybe Artie, Dortch, hope, tucker, AQM, Gunter, Howard, Lewis, Scott and a whole slew of other supposedly fast guys decided to run the 40 tied together like in a 3 legged race.

Personally, I think somebody is fuucking with us mixing in legit times and numbers or maybe half the team didn't participate.

Top OTs are in the low 20s with regularity. No one gives a **** unless you're doing like 10.

Deon Bush participated in the 40, but decided to crab walk.

With all due respect to OP, I'd like to see where these numbers came from.
