1-on-1 Highlights from Day 9 of Spring Practice (March 28)

Most surprising thing I saw in that video was Malcolm Lewis coming clean out of a break. He was never going to be a burner, but he was solid in and out of his breaks coming into school…then the injury.

It'll be an honor to watch Stacy Coley over the next two years. On the football field, he's a longer version of Desean Jackson.

I thought he went in the 5th. But dont give a **** really dont have time to search **** the fact remains they took him because he ran in the 4.2s. Yall always overhyping players on this team. Dorsett would not have even been drafted if he came out this year no one even had him in any rounds. Dorsett is not that good and will not be a high draft pick. Just like yall were saying hurns was going to be a 3rd or 4tth round pick and he is projected in the 6th. Fact is our wrs besides coley are average to a little above average.

Bush and that CB in the yellow jersey were getting worked on

Bush always struggled in coverage... He's a head hunter... Once he gets that down he'll be legit... Too be fair, his freshman year reminded me of a faster Ray Ray... He never shied away from contact but he was quite suspect on coverage... Last year he was hurt, hopefully he takes the next step this year.

Bush? A lot of people thought he should be a CB. He shouldn't be bad in coverage.

He better step up or he isn't going to start. Carter is definitely starting along with Bush or Jenkins.

If there is a better, more gifted WR in college show me. Coley is one of the smoothest WRs I've ever seen at his age.

Jamal Carter will start every game. We are finally back to the day (at some positions) when guys get injured and never seeing their starting position again, because the backup is just as good or better. The way Jamal looks I just don't see Jenkins taking that spot back.

It might be Bush's spot he takes.

dude i was thinking the same thing

IMO from watching clips- it seems Bush is stuck in some sort of a funk. Possibly thinking too much about who knows.

Just an observation- many of our DBs are playing flat footed the line. Most WRs and TEs are are killing the DBs in practice during 1s vs 1s. Maybe PW is not that great of a coach?

Going back to HS- bush was unstoppable in press coverage. He usually man-handled ppl at the line.

Whatever he problem is, hopefully he steps his game up. Eitherwise he and Jenkins will be in the bench. Hester and Carter would be a nice duo.

Ps. Anyone think ARTIE would make one **** of a safety? I think so.

Dorsett was making TH his ******

Odonnell looks like a monster

Jones still impressing

Carter needs to start, best option at S

Seems like more press coverage

With a competent, QB, Dorsett will have a field day with all the attention Coley will draw..

-Dorsett is a top 3 round pick, what acceleration that kid has

Dorsett will not be drafted in the first 3 rounds. The highest he will likely go is 5th round and thats if he runs a great 40 which he should. A similar wr to him is goodwin from texas who had the fastest 40 at the combine last year and the bills took him in the 5th or 6th. Dorsett is prolly a 4th wr in the nfl.

Bills drafted Goodwin 78th overall, 3rd round.

Goodwin never had more than 33 receptions in his 4 years. Let that sink in. He scored a grand total of 7 touchdowns in 4 years. 252 cane.. bad bad comparison. If Dorsett can get 40-50 receptions and 5-7 tds and we do well this year he will definitely go top three. He's gonna run a sub 4.4 and he's a legit 5'10 180.. I just wonder about his toughness. Can he be a slot guy and make a living a la Welker or will can he become an Antonio Brown type who can play in/out.

I'm excited for this season. Weird feeling but I definitely think we have the most athletic team we have had in a long time, I question our overall team speed, but we have the size and experience the year.

Ochocinco + Desean Jackson=Coley.

Actually, the best comp for Phil Dorsett is Titus Young who went in the 2nd round.

Come on Dorsett is a good ball player... I like Coley but he's my favorite wide out on the team... Right now him and Coley are our best wideouts... Once he was injured we couldn't get deep as much... With a healthy season I think he'll be a round 2 pick... If he gives us like 40 catches and 800 yards we'll be good...

Thank you, lol its amazing how some people forget how Dorsett as a Sophomore was our leading WR in yards and reception and tied with TD reception despite that awful Notre Dame game.

His numbers should improve this year. No more double teams with Stacey in the line up.

I doubt his numbers will improve this year. I see us throwing to TE's and RB's much more than last season.

True but there no doubt in my mind that he is going to have a good year and raise his draft stocks.

I was comparing goodwin and dorsett draft stock situation not there play on the field. Goodwin stock
went up because he ran in the 4.2s in the 40 and if dorsett runs low 4.3s maybe i think that would boost him some.

But dorsett is not a 2nd round pick even after the 800 yards year going into his jr season no one had him projected in the first 6 rounds. Yall need to wake up its not all about numbers. Leornard hankerson was a 3rd round pick and he had back to back record setting years and ran in the 4.4s at his size in the 40. Perryman and seantrel was our highest projected draft elgible players and dp was projected in 3rd round and seantrel 2nd-4th.
