I think Bell can hold up one more week if Rivers really is a game time decision.

With the injuries on the D-line Bain was the more important of the two.

And no, I’m not saying Bell has played well but Cam and the offensive can overcome Bell’s weakness against a team like Cal.
i'll say he's played well ... for what that expectations were and how he's stepped up ... va tech had an nfl guy coming off the edge ... i need cooper and carpenter to get their **** together tbh

Well, erring on the side of caution almost bit them in the ***. I am not sure what to make of our injury reports, but more specifically our treatment and training protocols. Every freaking boo-boo is 6 games minimum. There isn't another team on the planet who loses key players for anything less than a tear for the length of time we do.

its bc we lie about the injury itself. theyre obviously more serious than were saying (we dont even give specifics as to what they hurt (i miss the days of lower or upper extremity lol).

Bain & Baron would be Kermit Jergens gif worthy.

****, move Bain to the inside with any of Barrow/Scott/Horton.

Bain is definitely back
Rivers is a game time decision.

The obsession with keeping injuries a secret and intentionally providing misleading information to keep opponents from getting some perceived advantage is understandable, but annoying.

Personally speaking, you do not need to disclose the type of injury but simply provide some context on when we should reasonably expect the injured player to return. Also, don't provide misleading timetables as it simply creates mistrust. Just say "player x is out 4 to 6 weeks with an undisclosed injury."

Mario has already lost all credibility when it comes to injuries so nothing he says is believable until we see the player take a snap in a game.

Yep. Mario claiming they will be back just makes it seem like it’s less concerning

Ryan Rodriguez was limping badly after the UiF game and they were already saying it’s nothing serious

No other sport on the planet do they comment about stuff like that until the next day when the adrenaline wears off and the injury starts to really show itself

In a sport with games played almost every day, baseball says, went for tests, we'll report back...

Miami Football: every injury is somewhere between papercut and sudden death... with the filter being CIS Medical Team and Mario's Information Control Force...
