I definitely know that the first guy played "Sticks", the drummer of Richie Cunningham's band at the beginning of Happy Days.

And don't act like you have no clue who this actor is. After his acting career stalled, he went on to star in over 140 adult films, including The Devil in Miss Jones 3 and 4.

As for the actor in the wedding scene, he had significant roles in Coffy and Robocop 1, 2, and 3.

Milwaukee has the largest black population in most of Wisconsin but considering the majority of black students that live and go to the Universities in the city come from IL it says something.
