The fact he hasn’t sued means his lawyer is even more incompetent than I think he is (which would be a stretch), or this thing is almost resolved and he’ll be in Miami in a matter of days.

The fact that he didn’t file an injunction immediately when Wisconsin gave his client the middle finger was weakness. I don’t know if this guy is a litigator or not but I don’t bluff when it comes to my legal filings.
