The fact that he didn’t file an injunction immediately when Wisconsin gave his client the middle finger was weakness. I don’t know if this guy is a litigator or not but I don’t bluff when it comes to my legal filings.

If I don’t have it, then I sfu until I do or make another move. Don’t know if it’s a money situation or he doesn’t want to reveal his client’s business dealings in legal filings but I haven’t been a fan of his attorney’s handling of this.

Wisconsin has to release his transcript for his credits to transfer from what I understand but I'm not really sure what other power they have over him.

He should be able to request his transcripts and get a copy; different office than the athletic department compliance office.

Refusal to provide a transcript I think only happens if you have unpaid academic (tuition) bills.
