The NIL deals are also voidable.

An NIL deal cannot CANNOT prevent a player from transferring schools. The document can stipulate that a player cannot be paid if in violation of such clause, but it cannot prevent the player from transferring.

Let the Wisconsin COLLECTIVE sue. Who cares? But the COLLECTIVE is not the same entity as the University of Wisconsin. And the University of Wisconsin is not allowed to do what they are doing.
