Miami is still going to pursue, correct? Would hate for them to back down like they did with Andre Sam...

Impossible. I was told that NIL and collectives are separate entities from the schools. There is not pay to play. They are alleging that Lucas has a NIL contract signed and is refusing to pay back money, which Wisconsin is using to reason their refusal to his portal entrance.
I wonder when a lawyer will tell them what they're doing is extremely illegal.
Yeah, self help is never a good idea. Follow the portal protocol and address the other issues separately. They are alleging that Lucas has a NIL contract signed and is refusing to pay back money, which Wisconsin is using to reason their refusal to his portal entrance.

It's more so that fans have no idea what's going on. They're also saying Wisconsin is doing this because Miami tampered. Fans don't realize to this day that NIL and university relations with the player are legally seperated (for good reason).Yeah, self help is never a good idea. Wisconsin is doing something illegal and they should probably do as said or receive legal consequences as a result.
Absolutely not, that's why NIL is kept from University matters in legal language.True, but there could potentially be a revenue sharing component to his new deal.
Was gonna say. Wisky cant hold due to nil. The nil could sue though.Impossible. I was told that NIL and collectives are separate entities from the schools. There is not pay to play.
