I hear you, but if the offer lists on 247 and Rivals are accurate, lots of schools offered - Auburn, FSU, Iowa, Ole Miss, etc.

10.9 is decent speed at 6'0. He is about the speed of Richard who came from Vandy. Plus has the college frame already. Gonna watch film on him but i like the raw materials, better than i do Federique if im honest

He's a big fast kid.
I've coached plenty D1 DB's and most of the DB's with his height don't have his weight/thickness. He's also got a big wing span.
