Nope5. We're going with Emory
In my previous posts. Sorry idk how to link to that. You guys are either gonna have to speak on it or hop off this horse.
Sorry if I missed it somewhere in the other pages
I STG if the Jets do this...bro is gonna get someone fired in 3 yearsMost mocks have Milroe going first round.
It really all comes down to dollars and what Horton thinks he is worth vs what the staff thinks he is worth. That and whether that money would be better used to bring in a better player. Colbie Young thought he was worth WR1 money and the Miami staff disagreed. He went to Georgia and caught 11 passes. I like Horton better than Young but once again I like him up to a certain dollar amount. Even the wealthiest teams need to budget NIL fundsAt some point there's zero point in recruiting HS talent if you're going to let a guy leave because he was WR2 and not WR1
The only position we've been able to sign starters from HS who are good and we will pay to stick around has been the OL. And that is only 2 guys.
RB and TE looks to be that way too but I will give it at least 1 more year for Fletcher and Lyle and Lofton and Williams to be sure.
We'll be tested at LB and DL when those guys start playing and they won't be cheap.
Honestly worse than the nfl already at least they have contracts. These kids can go to a new school every year hahaBig blow for college ball if this keeps happening. The quality of ball is great and excellent parity. More teams are alive in the playoff hunt. But It’s gonna ruin the college feel it's gonna feel like the NFL soon. No tradition but just transactions year to year and will have a corporate feel. Its a semi pro league
I’d trade whatever the **** “culture” is for on field results ten times out of ten.You think on-field results are what leads "culture" and *I'm* the one who is clueless..... alright buddy lmfao
You can run it up, just keep playing O with the reserves. Call an entirely normal game, just with backups instead.IMO, the transfer portal should put to bed " not burning redshirt" tactic. Trader, Robbie, Carr, and Chance should have gotten MAJOR playing time and opportunity (actual passes thrown to them) in blow outs. For instance, vs UF, the game was over going into the 4th quarter and Trader, Carr, Chance, and Robbie had no catches. In the A&M game, they played, but they caught screens and slants. In the Ball St. game, they should have played more and had more targets. Who cares about running the score up, when the portal and NIL have changed the game so much. You have play young guys, and prepare them for next year because guys like Horton who had is projected to be a major player for you the following year may end up leaving.
I don't know if this makes sense, it probably doesn't since I'm still sleep deprived because of a newborn.
Good for Milroe. Bad for the football team. Malpractice by the GM.Most mocks have Milroe going first round.
