Robinson tells 247Sports that his final seven schools include TCU, Baylor, Stanford, Miami, Illinois, Arizona and Texas Tech. TCU has always been seen as a team with an edge considering Robinson's father works as the track and field coach for the Horned Frogs. Baylor has been increasing their recruiting profile in the state while Texas Tech was early in the recruitment. Illinois and Arizona are two out-of-state programs that have invested resources in recruiting Texas. Stanford and Miami both provide strong academics and attractive locations to live.
Robinson's only official visit date set is for June 6 at Stanford. He's looking at April 19 for Illinois, and he's working on setting something up with Miami for an official trip soon. Robinson also competes in basketball and track and field where he won the 6A state high jump championship as a sophomore. Over the last two seasons, Robinson accounted for 936 yards and 14 touchdowns on 67 catches.

Pops being on TCU staff is hard to overcome, but we NEED this one. He is different, very surprised at his list of schools honestly.
