In fairness, the kid that just committed to Nebraska is likely playing with a true freshman QB next year. Call me a homer but the facts are, unless it's a true alpha WR1, a top portal receiver is coming in to compete for catches with two other guys that combined for almost 2k yards and 14 TD's last year.

Good strategy, Corchobal QBs are not going to convince any transfer WR to come and play for them. It is what it is.

Yea…Restrepo is going to get his in this offense, but we SHOULD be targeting a bigger outside receiver and no receiver that’s worth taking in the portal is worried about George, Horton, or a bunch of true freshman receivers.

I should have clarified. Portal skill position players. We're going to roll with Restrepo, George the walking penalty, and a bunch of youngsters. We need a #1 wr badly imo.
