I recently rewatched 3 Kentucky games
(looking for potential Portal players)
- vs Texas
- vs Auburn
- vs South Carolina

It made me physically sick to my stomach watching that Offense. It was fxkin agonizing. Similar to Iowa 2023, it was just dusty & slow.

Legitimately made myself angry watching that torture. I literally said to myself, "Wtf am I doing?" while I was sitting there watching it lol

I remember some people here wanting Stoops, he might have a worse offense than Gattis lol

I believe it was the portal after the 22 season he was very close to entering. Tennessee was one of the names trying to lure him into the portal. As well as some “ other programs “. I was shocked when they kept him in 23 and 24.

It really has to be. No way Mario can sell the vision and keep guys like Horton on the roster without the QB position locked up.

Mario also has to find someone like this kid to take X’s place so I’m guessing that will cost a big number in the portal. QB, at least 1 WR, probably 1 OL and heavy defense in the portal.

Fun fact Pearl Cohn beat Marshall County in football ( HS donta Hightower went to in Lewisburg TN) the last 8 times. Marshall finally beat Pearl Cohn this year to go 10-0 only to lose to Pearl Cohn in the playoffs in OT after being up 21-0 . Lost 27-21 in OT
